NE Fencing did a great job. They listen to what we wanted and gave us the solution. They are very friendly and professional. We had questions after the installation and they provided the answers. We are very happy with the fencing. It looks great and solves our rabbit problem.

Esther, Bruno, Vinny, and the team at New England Fences were wonderful to work with. We had a bit of miscommunication and wanted a few things tweaked after installation and they fixed it two days later and were kind and understanding about it! My wife and I recently bought a new home and wanted to expand the back fence. Pablo, Esther, and the whole team were great to work with and so helpful in helping us figure out the best options. They were even able to use some of our existing fence to help us save on costs. The new fence looks great and we couldn't be happier.

We had the best experience with New England Fencing. We have a vinyl fence that needed repairs in one section. I reached out to three companies and this company reached back immediately and worked with me to arrange a time to come out for an estimate. I was prepared for a sales person to show up and try to sell me on upgrades or fixes I didn't need. But that is not what happened. He showed up on time and popped our fence back together, no estimate needed. He wouldn't even accept a tip we offered for his time. Customer service like in the old days, what a breath of fresh air.

New England Fence was top notch, start to finish! I highly recommend them to anyone looking to put in a fence. Pablo came out to do the estimate, and was extremely knowledgeable and personable. Once contract was signed, I was given a date & time the crew would show up - and that is exactly when they got there. Kaua was wonderful in helping sort out the best line for the fence, and kept me apprised of any concerns or questions they had throughout the day. He and the crew worked tirelessly all day. They were professional and courteous. Their install was perfect! The fence is gorgeous!!.

New England Fence is the place to go! From the initial inquiry to the final product their team was great! They were responsive, punctual, organized, clean, and extremely hard working. John and his team put my fence in over the span of two long very hot days and did a beautiful job! If you're looking for a fence company, you have found it! Great experience! My old fence fell down recently in a storm. New England Fences was responsive and efficient. They got me in quickly and were able to install even in early January. It only took about 3-4 hours and they installed 6 panels of beautiful vinyl fencing and removed my old fence. They cleaned up everything and I even saw them hand polishing the new fence before they left. The pricing was great too! 10/10 would recommend.

Owning a dog school, cleanliness and safety are always a priority. I needed a designated area for dogs to "go potty". What I got was far more than a designated area! I was gifted with a functional work of art combined with safety for the pups! I can't thank Pablo and his crew enough for taking the time to create an area far better than I could've ever imagined! Couldn't be happier with the results! Pablo gave us a competitive quote and was able to get Team John out here within a couple weeks to install over 200 linear ft of 6ft privacy vinyl fencing. John & crew were very efficient and offered several ideas, checking in with me often to ensure I was going to like what they had laid out. I would recommend this group to anyone with privacy fencing needs.

We worked with New England Fence last year for a sizeable repair after a tree damaged our fence. Esther and the team was so amazing that we asked them to do an additional repair for us this year. NE Fence are great. They moved my neighbor's fence as part of a property line dispute. Esther and her estimators were incredibly patient. Through the negotiations with my neighbor they were out 3 times over 18 months revising the proposed scope of work. There are other companies who would have walked away after that much hassle. The crew showed up on time and did a very professional job. All the debris was cleaned up and they accommodated my neighbor's requests. Given what they had to work with the fence looks great. I highly recommend NE Fence.

Installing new fences with New England Fences is the one of the best decisions I've made. The quality of the work is top-notch, the attention to detail is incredible. I will just show you one example that speaks for itself - team John brought a ruler to make sure all of the screw fasteners are leveled! This amount of dedication is not common these days. Team John and Bruno also demonstrated high level of professionalism throughout the process - they were able to provide me a quote on the same day (one of the most competitive quotes I received out of 5 other companies), quickly scheduled a date within a week, and finished installation within just one day - just shows they are experienced and highly efficient. Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to install fence in Massachusetts.
